I’m Claire, a Bristol-based therapist here to support you through life’s challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected, reaching out can be the first step toward clarity and healing.
I specialise in supporting individuals living with long-term health conditions, chronic illnesses, and health-related anxiety.
Understanding the impact: Managing a chronic condition can take a toll on mental health, leading to feelings of anger, denial, fear, or depression, especially when newly diagnosed or adjusting to an ongoing condition.
Navigating life with a long-term health condition: Beyond physical symptoms, chronic illness often affects self-esteem, relationships, and emotional wellbeing.

Beyond chronic illness, I also work with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and unresolved experiences from the past. Whatever you’re facing, therapy can provide a path to understanding and healing.
